Exactly what is described!

I find it helps get me much need rest in hotels.

Had difficulties sleeping, but this helps me pass right out. Just wish some of the music loops were a little longer so it wouldnt sound so repetitive. Love how customizable it is though.

Love it!!! I fall asleep to it every night. Cant sleep without it, it even calms my dog in thunder storms.

great variety of sounds, love having the ability to mix sounds together, really good way to help fall asleep or even drown out background noise if you are trying to study or something.
