I use it with the timer to go to sleep. I like that you can create your own mix of sounds and save them for later. Perfect to drown out my husbands snoring. Sorry babe ;-)

Lots of ways to customize the program and make it completely your own.... Puts me to sleep every time. Another nice function is the sleep timer so the app exits and does not run all night.

The pre-web-2.0 user interface needs to be updated, but its still FULL of sounds and completely customizable. The pages of add-ons I probably wont use is annoying, but I can ignore them. For best results hook this up to your stereo and surround yourself with sound.

Love all the features from the mix and match from a wide range of soothing sounds, the discover and alarm/timer...keep up the good work!

Always works great, tons of sounds and good features like timer. Ive had this app for like 5 years and consistently use it.

I really like this app. Ive used it dozens of times to lull me to sleep (I have chronic insomnia). It always relaxes me. Heres my wishlist for a future update: --some kind of organization for the sounds. Since similar sounds arent necessarily located near each other, Im always flipping back and forth among the pages looking for a specific sound. Id like to be able to sort sounds by category (like "waves," "rain," "music," etc." --the ability to have a sound fade in or out. For example, d love to be able to start my "night" mix of crickets, chimes, and "Dreamless sleep", and gradually have everything fade out but the Delta waves. -a sound like wind blowing through the trees would be cool.

This app saved my a** more than once when I was in a poor sleep environment and needed a good nights sleep for performance the next day. It takes a good chunk of memory on my iPad but is worth every bit. Its last on the chopping block when I need memory bc I never know when I might need it and its that precious to me. Ive loaned it to friends for sleep and once for my friends baby; it worked like a charm.
